Supported international trade operations, including preparing quotations, arranging shipments, and coordinating logistics. I became familiar with trade terms such as FOB shipping and helping clients manage the shipping process.

Communicated directly with international clients and supported face-to-face discussions with overseas partners. This helped connect the factory with global customers and improve cross-cultural communication in business.

What I Do

Managed product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba International, and TikTok Shop. I helped edit product information, organize product pages, and ensure product content was clear and accurate for international customers.
Created visual content for product pages, including product images, website graphics, and promotional materials. I applied design skills learned in school and also participated in product photography and video editing for online promotion.
